If you come to stay at Townhouse, you will have access to your room from 3:00 PM. Can't wait? An early check from 1:00 PM is possible based on availability for €25.

All good things must come to an end. At Townhouse your room is reserved until 11:00 AM. Prefer to stay a bit longer? A late check-out from 1:00 PM is possible based on availability for €25.
entrance
The entrance is open 24 hours, ring the door bell after 11:00 PM. If you wish to enter the building between these times, please ring the doorbell to alert the night porter and show your room key.

Townhouse Hotel & Apartments Maastricht is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking in your room or in public areas will result in a € 150 charge for cleaning costs.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. An exception is made for assistance dogs.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, hang our do not disturb sign Pieteke outside your door. We will respect your privacy and won’t service your room. Is Pieteke still hanging on your door at noon? Then your room will not be cleaned that day. Instead, you will find a bag of clean towels at your door.
For safety purposes, each guest’s room will be visually checked once during each 24 hours. Do not disturb signs will only be respected until check out time on the day of departure.

At Townhouse we are committed to a better world, for this reason glass bottles were deliberately chosen. The glass not only provides a luxurious look, but also has a sustainable aspect since they can be refilled or reused.
