The hotel entrance is open 24 hours a day. If you arrive or return after 11:00 PM, please ring the doorbell to alert the night porter and show your room key upon entry.

If you prefer not to be disturbed, please hang the 'Do Not Ditsturb' sign (Pieteke) outside your door. We will respect your privacy and will not service your room. If the sign is still hanging at noon, your room will not be cleaned that day. Instead, you will receive a bag with clean towels at your door. For safety reasons, each room is visually checked once every 24 hours. "Do Not Disturb" signs are respected until check-out time on the day of departure.

Vivacious Eco City Spa, part of The Green Elephant, features three saunas, a hammam, foot baths, regular and bucket showers, a cooling ice wall and an infrared panel, everything you need to fully unwind. When using the wellness facilities, wearing swimwear, a bathrobe, flip-flops and a towel is mandatory. These items are available for rent at the reception of The Green Elephant.
The spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, subject to availability and by reservation only.
